The path
The hard part is not v1.
It is keeping a system dependable after real customers arrive.
The route here ran through full-stack engineering, then CRM platform work for Response CRM in California, then infrastructure and DevOps leadership, then CTO at TOSHOST, a UK hosting company. Each step taught the same lesson from a different angle: shipping v1 is the easy half. Keeping a system fast, dependable and cheap to run once real customers depend on it is the work.
That lesson became NextCTL, and NextCTL became a stack: infrastructure underneath (H22T), platforms in the middle (BackCTL), vertical solutions on top (RealtyCTL, SocialCTL). Everything on this site — the blog, the services, the case studies — reports from that production line.
